Most companies in this space start with a logo and an ad budget.

Muvr started with a reality check.

I was in the field doing the work, and the pattern was the same again and again.

Customers were walking into one of the most stressful days of their year with no clarity. No certainty. No real visibility. No confidence that the job would be handled with care.

Workers were walking into physically brutal labor with unstable pay, inconsistent expectations, and a system that treated them like a replaceable part instead of the engine.

And the industry just called it “normal.”

That’s the part that always bothered me.

Not that things went wrong. Things go wrong. That’s life.

What bothered me was how little the system cared.

How acceptable it was to waste someone’s time.

How acceptable it was to burn people out.

How acceptable it was to shrug at chaos like it’s a personality trait.

So I started building the opposite.
